About the Role
Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric clients under SLP supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
Collect data and track client progress
Document session notes during paid time embedded in your schedule
Communicate with families and caregivers professionally and supportively
Join team trainings and meetings to keep learning and growing
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Active California SLPA license
Associate’s degree in SLPA program or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders
Strong interest in pediatric speech therapy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive, growth-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays
Previous clinic-based experience
Bilingual (preferred, not required)
Additional Details
Competitive pay: $28–$38/hour (based on experience)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career under the guidance of a supervising SLP while being part of a clinic that’s building for the future.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
Growth Opportunity: Additional morning hours may be available as the clinic expands
